Frequently Asked Questions

Are COOPS snow boots?

No. There is no insulation, no waterproof upper (only the rubber sole keeps water out) and no traction built for ice. They are what you change into when the boots come off.

Can I wear them outside at a resort?

On cleared paths and around the lodge, yes, that is what the rubber outsole is for. Deep snow and ice still call for real boots.

Why bring these instead of a second pair of shoes?

They pack flat, weigh very little and go on over swollen feet in seconds. No apres boot in your bag does all three.

What if the fit is not right?

Try them on indoors first, then start a return from your account and we email you the instructions. Pairs worn lightly inside can come back; pairs worn outside cannot be resold.
