True to size. Order the letter that matches your usual sneaker size. Each COOPS letter spans two US sizes.

Between letters? Choose the larger one. Wide feet? Choose one letter size larger. Women’s US 5–11, Men’s US 7–13.

A soft knit upper on a contoured footbed with built-in arch support and a real rubber outsole, made for indoors and out.

Machine wash COOPS in the included wash bag. Air dry.

Shipping

Standard shipping is $8 in the USA and CA$15 to Canada. Shipping is free on orders of $85 or more in the USA, and CA$120 or more in Canada. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: there, prices include duties and taxes, and shipping is calculated at checkout.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must not have been worn outdoors — keep them clean and indoors-only until you’re sure of the fit.

Start a return at shopcoops.loopreturns.com. In the US we email you a free USPS return label; in Canada and other countries you pay the return shipping (outside the US and Canada, email support@shopcoops.com with your order number for the return address). There is no restocking fee, and refunds go to your original payment method once the pair arrives back with us. Exchanges ship once your original pair arrives back with us.

Foot length is the measurement that matters, if it falls between two letters, take the larger. A dash means that letter isn’t offered in that fit; wide feet, take the next letter up.
