Yes. COOPS are built on a contoured footbed with built-in arch support, so your feet feel supported without the bulk of a regular sneaker. It is part of the shoe, not a loose insole, so it stays in place and goes through the wash with the rest of the pair.

Yes. Twenty minutes in the freezer before you put them on gives a cool, refreshing feel from the first step. A favorite after a workout or on a hot day.

COOPS use letter sizes from 5XS to 5XL instead of numbers. Each letter covers two US sizes, so a US 10 and a 10.5 are the same letter. The size guide maps every letter to both a women’s and a men’s US range.

One letter fits both, the toggle on the product page just switches which US range you’re reading against. Pick the fit you normally buy and match your usual US size.

Choose the larger letter. Each COOPS letter spans two US sizes, and the larger one gives your toes room while the stretch knit keeps the fit snug.

The knit relaxes slightly in the first week and then holds. There is no need to size down for it: if you are between two letters, choose the larger one.

Yes. Choose one COOPS letter size larger than your usual letter. The upper has no rigid panels, so it widens across the forefoot, and the extra letter keeps it from pressing.

Yes. Canadian orders ship at a flat CA$15 and are free on orders of CA$120 or more, with prices shown in Canadian dollars. The US$85 free-shipping threshold applies to US orders.

Either, it’s entirely up to you. The knit lining is soft enough to wear barefoot, and plenty of people do. Others prefer a thin no-show sock. Both work, and neither changes the fit.

They’ll get dirty, and that’s fine. The whole shoe goes in the washing machine. A sneaker can’t do that because it’s glued and layered; COOPS are knit, so a wash in the included wash bag and an air dry brings them back.

The same sole, upper and fit, the High Top adds ankle coverage, the Low Top sits below the ankle. Both are US$65, in Black, Ash Gray and Sand.

Yes. That’s what they’re built for. Both styles use a real rubber outsole with tread for pavement and gravel. Wear them out, wear them back in, and when they need it, wash them.

Only the sole. Water won’t come up through the rubber outsole, but the knit upper isn’t waterproof, so keep them out of standing water and heavy rain. If the knit gets damp, air dry them.

Both styles come in Black, Sand and Ash Gray. More colorways are coming after launch.

In the US, shipping is free on orders of $85 or more, and a flat $8 below that. In Canada, shipping is free on orders of CA$120 or more, and a flat CA$15 below that.

Yes. From San Diego we ship to the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Outside the US, prices show in your local currency and duties and taxes are included or shown at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. US orders ship free at $85 or more and Canadian orders at CA$120 or more; free shipping is not offered to other countries.

Start your return at shopcoops.loopreturns.com within 30 days of delivery and pick the pair and a reason. In the US we email you a free USPS label to print; in Canada you send the pair back at your own cost to the address we email you. Outside the US and Canada, email support@shopcoops.com with your order number and we will email you the return address; you send the pair back at your own cost. There is no restocking fee, and the refund goes to your original payment method once the pair arrives.

If you’ve worn them lightly indoors to check the fit, yes. Pairs worn outside and visibly used are not eligible for returns.
