Returning a pair
Start your return
Request a return within 30 days of delivery at shopcoops.loopreturns.com, or email support@shopcoops.com with your order number. Trying a pair on indoors is fine; pairs worn outside are not eligible, so keep them clean and indoors-only until you’re sure of the fit.

United States: we email you a free USPS return label to download and print.
Canada: you pay the return shipping, and we email you the return address.
UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore: start your return in the returns portal. You pay the return shipping, and we show you the return address.
No restocking fee anywhere.

Once the pair arrives back with us.
Exclusions
Gift cards cannot be returned. There are no final-sale items at launch.
Warranty
COOPS are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If something is wrong with your pair, start a warranty claim at shopcoops.loopreturns.com with a photo of the defect, and we will put it right.
Common questions
When does my order ship?
We ship from San Diego, California. Standard orders are packed and shipped within 3–4 business days, and you get an email with tracking the moment your order is on its way.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Email us as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t left the warehouse we can usually change the size, color or address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. From San Diego we ship to the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Outside the US, prices show in your local currency and duties and taxes are included or shown at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. US orders ship free at $85 or more and Canadian orders at CA$120 or more; free shipping is not offered to other countries.
How do returns work?
Start your return at shopcoops.loopreturns.com within 30 days of delivery and pick the pair and a reason. In the US we email you a free USPS label to print; in Canada you send the pair back at your own cost to the address we email you. In the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore, start your return in the portal too; you send the pair back at your own cost to the address shown. There is no restocking fee, and the refund goes to your original payment method once the pair arrives.
Can I return a pair I’ve worn?
If you’ve worn them lightly indoors to check the fit, yes. Pairs worn outside and visibly used are not eligible for returns.
