Frequently Asked Questions
Do I wear these on the reformer?
No. Class is for grip socks or bare feet. COOPS handle the trip there and the rest of the day around it.
Why not just wear sneakers to class?
Because you take them off at the door anyway. COOPS come on and off in seconds and weigh very little while they wait in your bag.
Which height suits studio days?
Same fit, same sole either way. The Low Top is quickest on and off; the High Top holds the ankle for cool mornings and the walk home.
Do I wear socks with COOPS?
Either, it is entirely up to you. The knit lining is soft enough to wear barefoot, and plenty of people do. Others prefer a thin no-show sock, and neither changes the fit.
